The nuclear structure functions of and are derived using the valon-constituent quark formalism within the quark exchange model. Nuclear corrections on the structure functions and EMC ratios of these light nuclei are investigated. Initially, bare constituent quark distributions are obtained within bounded nucleons through the quark exchange model. Subsequently, parton densities within valon-constituent quarks are extracted using the valon-constituent quark model. Comparison with experimental data from HERMES, EMC, NMC, and recent JLab data validates the calculations, showing agreement with both experimental results and theoretical predictions.
