With the help of the bilinear form of the dimensional generalized Konopelchenko–Dubrovsky–Kaup-Kupershmidt equation, the lump-type solutions, interaction solutions and breather solutions of the equation are obtained. The trajectory, peak and valleys of the lump wave are discussed via theoretical analysis and graphical display. The phenomena of fusion and fission are also observed in the process of interaction between lump wave and one-stripe soliton. In addition, breather solutions are derived through the reduction of soliton solutions.
