In the current work, we develop an extensive analysis of the quark-flavor theory in the context of complex octonionic space by examining the connection between octonions and the SU(3) group. We construct three sets of operators in complex octonion space that are crucial to indicating the three discrete isospin spaces. In order to discuss the octonion three isospin frames, the fundamental (triplet) representation of the SU(3)f-group is shown. Furthermore, we have demonstrated the significance of the complexified octonion space by constructing baryonic and mesonic octet representations within these isospin frames. The octonionic-valued three frames are emphasized as essential in estimating the complete spinor state of flavor quarks for hadrons.
