Solitary wave, undular-bore and wave-maker solutions of the cubic, quartic and quintic nonlinear generalized equal width (GEW) wave equation

Solitary wave solutions of the generalized equal width (GEW) wave equation are existing in the literature but undular-bore and wave-maker solutions are not obtained before. To be able to contribute to the scientific area, besides the improved numerical solitary wave solutions, undular-bore and wave-maker solutions of the GEW equation are obtained successfully. Especially to observe the behavior of the undular-bore solutions of the GEW equation, simulations are run for very long time . The error norms, the three invariants are calculated and compared with some of the earlier works. The rate of the convergence is also reported.
