We are presenting the transverse momentum distributions of the strange hadrons:
,
and
produced in proton–proton and proton–lead collisions at
in the rapidity interval of
and for
GeV/c. Three event generators:
,
and
, are used to perform the simulations. The models’ predictions for the
collisions are compared with the experimental data obtained by ALICE and CMS detectors. It is observed for the
collisions that the models’ predictions cannot describe the experimental data very well. However, for the case of
collisions the models’ predictions depend on the masses of strange particles.
