In this paper, a full-core (nuclei with bound electrons) plus correlation (multi-electron interactions) time-dependent wave packet quantum dynamics method is proposed to calculate the re-collision between the photo-emitted electron and the multi-bound electron ion. The correlation model can effectively solve the following three problems. First of all, when does the higher ionization occurs? Second, what factors can dominate the rate of population change for each ion state? Last but not least, what determines the probability of collision between an electron and N2+ ion in a strong field?
