Phase transitions of lump wave solutions for a (2+1)-dimensional coupled Maccari system

In this study, under investigation is a (2+1)-dimensional coupled Maccari system which includes a complex dependent variable and a real dependent variable. By constructing new bilinear forms, we derive the semi-rational and rational solutions which exhibit as lump waves. Through the careful manipulation to the parameters, we unveil the phase transitions of the lump waves between different structures. The results show that there are distinct phase transition patterns for two dependent variables in the system.
