The ground-state energy of a supersymmetric quantum mechanical system naturally vanishes. We use this important property of the supersymmetric system to study the location of zeros of the Riemann zeta function. We construct a supersymmetric quantum mechanical model whose vanishing ground-state energy provides the location of the non-trivial zeros of the zeta function on the critical line. We also discuss the connection between the distribution of prime numbers and the location of the Riemann zeros.
