A new mix chaotic circuit based on memristor–memcapacitor

In this paper, a new mix chaotic circuit with a -shaped structure consisting of two memristors, a memcapacitor, an inductor and a capacitor is proposed. The equilibrium point and the dynamical behaviors of the circuit under two different parameters are analyzed in detail. Furthermore, it is vital that the exceptional phenomenon of multistability is found in the new circuit. In the end, the circuit is implemented on DSP platform, and the experimental results are identical to the simulation results. Analysis shows that the new mix chaotic circuit has complex dynamical characteristics and can be used in the field of encryption.
