A hierarchical system of recurrent equations (mappings) was used to describe experimental data of luminescence spectrum of quantum dots. The data graph presents a Gaussian curve and its characteristics, and the relationships between mapping parameters were shown. The possibility of expanding the processed data range by introducing of additional equations in the hierarchical system was discussed.
