We have used new Baiesi-Paczuski network construction model, which is a combination of Abe-Suzuki and Baiesi-Paczuski methods, for Iran seismic data in order to investigate the most suitable correlation metric value for connecting the nodes in the network. This new Baiesi-Paczuski model with the best correlation threshold value has been utilized as a context for different seismic forecasting models of Pattern Informatic (PI), Relative Intensity (RI), and PageRank-Pattern Informatic (PR-PI) in order to compare the quality of their prediction results by Relative Operating Characteristic (ROC) evaluation diagram which proved the PR-PI model as the most reliable forecasts among the others. Furthermore, two other network models (Abe-Suzuki and Hybrid) are compared with new Baiesi-Paczuski using ROC diagram for PR-PI forecasting method which revealed that new Baiesi-Paczuski results get higher scores than those of other models.
