This paper investigates the behavior of an electromagnetic plane wave when it makes incidence with the interface of two different chiral media. The incident fields are right and left circularly polarized waves. The reflected and transmitted fields have the both co- and cross-polarized (with respect to the incident polarization) components, because of optical activity existence in chiral medium. Analytical closed-form formulas are presented for the reflection and transmission coefficients. Next, conditions that lead to Brewster angles are presented for the right and left circularly polarized excitations. Finally, the effects of incident angle, chirality parameters and permittivity of the chiral media are analyzed; also finite element method is used to validate the investigation.
