In this paper, we correct to the Hawking temperature and entropy of a Kehagias–Sfetsos (KS) black hole by using tunneling radiation method based on generalized uncertainty principle (GUP). The result shows that the thermodynamics properties of the black hole are greatly influenced by the GUP. The GUP can prevent the black hole from evaporating completely, which results in a stable residue. Meanwhile, we obtain a minimum of corrected entropy. It is obvious that the results are not only related to the KS black hole, but also to the coupling constant and GUP parameter
. The modified black hole entropy also presents a logarithmic correction form. In addition, we find GUP-corrected entropy is higher than the original entropy. When the mass equals the corrected minimum mass, the modified entropy achieves the minimum value.
