Properties of neutron star matter are studied using different microscopic equation of states, derived from the lowest order constrained variational (LOCV) many-body theory using the two-body nuclear force AV8' , and AV6' and also implementing the three-nucleon interaction in AV18, AV8' , and AV6' . The maximum mass configuration of the neutron star is obtained, , with AV18+TNI, AV8' +TNI and AV6' +TNI, respectively, which is an excellent agreement with the accepted maximum mass of non-rotating neutron star range
