Supersymmetry approach to the Dirac equation in the presence of the deformed Woods-Saxon potential

In this paper, by using the supersymmetric quantum mechanics and shape invariance theory, the Dirac equation is studied with spin symmetry for the deformed Woods-Saxon potential. The bound state energy spectrum and the corresponding spinor wave functions are calculated by supersymmetry approach.
