One of the crucial topics in the study of relativistic astrophysics is to examine the unstable regions for self-gravitating objects. This paper investigates the stable/unstable limits on a plane symmetric celestial object with anisotropic and radiating matter distribution in the interior region evolving in the background of f(T) gravity. We have done this analysis by taking a suitable form of the f(T) model as . After applying the linear perturbation on the fundamental equations like field equations, conservation equations, mass function as well as junction conditions, we formulate the collapse equation in the framework of f(T) gravity. The dynamical instability constraints have been explored indicating a significant role of material variables indicating the importance of stiffness in the fluid distribution described by the adiabatic index. Also, the f(T) gravity term increases the stability of the system and reduces the collapse rate.
