Scattering of position-dependent mass Schrödinger equation with delta potential

The scattering of the position-dependent mass Schrödinger equation due to both single Dirac delta and double Dirac delta potentials has been investigated. We have obtained the reflection as well as transmission coefficients and current density for both potentials. Moreover, we have studied the Ramsauer-Townsend effect with the position-dependent mass in quantum mechanics.
