In this paper, we used the Monte Carlo code CRPropa version 2.0 to simulate the propagation of UHE cosmic rays. In the simulation, uniform cosmic ray sources with spectral indices of α = 2, β = 2.6 and E max = A × 1022 eV for pure proton and pure iron composition at the source position are assumed. We predicted the cosmic ray (CR) and neutrino spectra for E > 1018 eV. The simulation result indicates that there are two peaks in the neutrino spectrum at the energies of 1018.9 eV and 1016.9 eV and that the energy spectrum is light at the highest energies, which is consistent with the experimental results from HiRes. The influences of extragalactic magnetic fields (EGMF) on the CR and neutrino spectra are investigated.
