The flow characteristics of ferrofluid due to a rotating disk in the presence of an external uniform magnetic field, which is subjected in the radial and axial directions, are studied. In the presence of 10 and 100T magnetization force, contour and surface plots are presented here for radial, tangential and axial velocity profiles, and these results are compared with the case when the external applied magnetic field is absent. The results are also drawn for the variation of the magnetic field intensity in the flow due to a rotating disk.
