Symmetry limits of (D+1)-dimensional Dirac equation with Möbius square potential

In this paper, we present the solutions of the Dirac equation for the Möbius square potential with arbitrary spin orbit coupling number κ under quasi-spin and quasi-pseudospin symmetry limits in (D + 1) dimensions. The parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method is used to obtain the energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave functions in closed form. Useful figures and tables are included.
