The study of the free energy model 
for the biopolymer structures

In this paper, we are going to generalize the results of Feoli's formalism (A. Feoli et al., Nucl. Phys. B 705, 577 (2005)) to study the biopolymer structures. The general solutions of the classical equilibrium shape equations for the free energy model 
(here 
is torsion) are investigated in Feoli's formalism. We also show that the solutions of this unusual model can be matched with a family of the biopolymer structures.
