Dynamical properties of the tilted plane symmetric spacetime

This paper aims to investigate some dynamical properties of a plane symmetric spacetime filled with anisotropic fluid having dissipative effects, whose congruence is described by the four-velocity of a tilted observer. We develop the relationships between tilted and non-tilted variables and some physical quantities for this plane symmetry. The corresponding inhomogeneity factor for the energy density and its evolution is found. Finally, we discuss the stability of the non-tilted congruence.
