The effects of frequent measurements on purity of states and quantum speed limit (QSL) time of a two-level atom interacting with electromagnetic field without rotating wave approximation (RWA) are studied. The dynamics of QSL time for and
transitions of hydrogen atom reveal controlled switching from quantum Zeno effect (QZE) to quantum anti-Zeno effect (QAZE), however, in different order of increasing measurement intervals. Our results show that
transition might be advantageous for certain tasks in quantum information processing.
